Match

Every document is read with a confidence score and attached to its load by load, PO or BOL number. Paperwork that arrives early waits and attaches when the load appears.

3 · Hold

Hold

Totals, dates, signatures, carrier identity, authority and remit-to history are checked. A mismatch or a fraud finding puts the load on hold until someone signs off.
